Project: New Viewing Gallery for the Gross Sports Center

Completed: December 2005

Description: Constructed new viewing gallery inside existing gymnasium. Structure consisted of new structual steel with decking and concrete floor. Three new offices and two new bathrooms were constructed on the gallery. With the new gallery were installed new lighting above and below, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm system, sprinkler system and new HVAC system. A new exterior entrance was also installed with new retaining wall.
