Description:
Project included removal of existing service road, approximately 1/2 mile, to Naval Base Sewage
Treatment Plant. A 16" cut was made and filled with new subbase and 4" of asphalt. A small concrete bridge
was replaced using the existing abuttments. 2000 l.f. of new perimeter fencing was also installed
